Step 1 – Photo Booth Rental Request

Please complete the Rental Request form. Within 24 hours of receipt, we will prepare a Rental Order confirming the details of your photo booth request including the delivery time and location. We will send you the photo booth Rental Order for your acceptance and signature. In addition to the Rental Order, we will send you the Rental Agreement and Credit Card Authorization Form.

Step 2 – Photo Booth Rental Confirmation

Please sign and date the Rental Agreement and Rental Order that was prepared for your event. To confirm your Snapshot Pod™ photo booth rental reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made via check or credit card. If paying by credit card, please complete and return the Credit Card Authorization Form. Payment in full is due a minumum of 7 days prior to the event. You will receive via email a receipt for all payments made.

Step 3 – Photo Booth Rental Customization

After we have received your Rental Agreement, Rental Order and payment for the deposit to secure your Dallas photo booth rental reservation, we will send you our Rental Order Customization and Setup Form to customize your Snapshot Pod™ photo booth rental. The Rental Order Customization and Setup Form is due a minimum of 15 days prior to your event so we can program a Snapshot Pod™ for your event and create your custom event messaging.

Step 4 – Photo Booth Rental Delivery

On the day of your event, or in some cases the evening before, we will deliver and setup the Snapshot Pod™ photo booth or photo booths at your event. Our photo booth rentals arrive pre-programmed and loaded with your event specific information. Upon the conclusion of your event, we will pickup the Snapshot Pod™ photo booths and give you the optional USB flash drive upgrade option.
